The NTG Solutions Training Academy was purposefully established to equip professionals who wish to expand their knowledge on GIS, as well as young people who wish to pursue GIS as a career. 


On the one hand we help them obtain the analytical and technology skills needed for this digital-first world that is underpinned by data.


On the other hand, we enable them to bridge the gap between geospatial intelligence and data science, so they can effectively acquire; digitise; aggregate; manage; process and visualise data effectively.

Investing in the future of the Built Environment

As a means to help secure the future of the GIS (Built Environment) industry, we also have numerous initiatives to facilitate training and development for our youth. Firstly, we support the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme by providing students with the practical experience needed to qualify over a period of 12 months.


Secondly, every year we enrol two GIS and town and regional planning students from universities across our country into our own 12-month internship programme. To ensure the best possible combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, we tailor their training to the needs of real customers from NTG Solutions. By deploying them to work on real projects, we add value for both our customers and students.
